IMMEDIATELY
Prevent unauthorized use of your card. Staff are available 24 hours
a day to respond to your call. If you do not know your card number,
please stay on the line when you call and you will be transferred to
a live agent after being asked 3 times for your card number. Then,
contact GEFCU at (512) 339-9812 during normal business hours
to cancel your card and learn about GEFCU's card re-issuance
process.
